1-1 Virtual Mental Health Therapy

I offer virtual therapy sessions via secure video, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own home, office, or any private space that feels safe and supportive. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and ease, with appointments available Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm EST for clients living in Ontario, Canada.

In these sessions, I support individuals navigating concerns such as trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship and attachment challenges, sexuality and intimacy concerns, life transitions, work or career-related stress, self-esteem and identity exploration, spirituality and meaning-making, psychedelic integration, and personal growth.

I am currently accepting clients for virtual therapy. To get in touch, please send me as message here.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is an evidence-based, trauma-focused approach I use to help clients gently and effectively work through the impact of traumatic experiences. CPT supports you in identifying and shifting unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that often form after trauma—patterns that can keep distress, fear, or self-blame alive long after the event has passed. This approach is especially helpful for individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, or ongoing effects of past trauma. Grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles, CPT helps you make sense of what happened, regain a sense of safety and control, and develop more balanced, compassionate ways of relating to yourself and your experiences, so healing can feel both empowering and sustainable.

Psychedelic Integration

If you have had an experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy or plant medicine and are seeking support with integrating your experience into everyday life, I offer psychedelic integration therapy. This work provides a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore insights gained during psychedelic experiences and to process the emotional, psychological, and relational material that may arise afterward. Integration therapy supports meaning-making, emotional regulation, and grounded personal growth.

Please note that this support is focused on harm reduction and psychological integration only, and does not include promoting, providing, or administering illegal substances

Vocational & Return to Work Support

I support individuals returning to work following a mental health crisis, psychological injury, or period of medical or mental health leave. This work focuses on rebuilding confidence, managing symptoms in the workplace, pacing and energy management, navigating accommodations, and addressing fear or avoidance related to returning to work. Together, we create a thoughtful and sustainable plan that supports both recovery and long-term functioning—helping you return to work in a way that feels safe, realistic, and aligned with your wellbeing.

Relationships & Sexuality

I provide trauma-informed therapeutic support around sexuality, intimacy, and relationships, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to explore desire, boundaries, communication, body image, and relational patterns. My work in this area is informed by additional training and clinical supervision in sexual health and intimacy, which I integrate thoughtfully into my psychotherapy practice to best support your emotional wellbeing and relational health.
